Shutdown of Photoshop 7 with new update to Windows 10

The Feb 13th windows 10 update has killed photoshop 7 at the loading of color prefernces or ICC profiles. I know that to be the case, as I loaded and ran 7 on a windows 10 with no update and it runs fine. Any answers or trouble shotting to fix this as MS says it does not know when the issue will be addressed.

Hi Anthony,

Are you using Photoshop Mix (where you posted) or Photoshop 7.0 (released in 2002)? We can move your post if you are using Photoshop.
