Silhouette like illustration som photo

I need to make an illustration of a picture of a woman holding a baking tray. 

If i make it a totalt silhouette, it doesn't make much sense because then you can't see that it's a baking tray for example. 

But the illustration is from a stock photo, but are going to illustrate a real life person, so i also want to make it unrecognisable. 

Any good ideas for this design?

You could try applying the Neural Filter called Style Transfer (Filter > Neural Filters... and then toggle on Style Transfer) to make a stock photo look like a drawing so that the face is unrecognizable and looks like a drawing.
