Skalierung mit dem Freistellungswerkzeug

Hallo liebe Community, 

 

ich möchte gerne über das Freistellungswerkzeug einen Bildausschnitt an der Seite entfernen. Jedoch habe ich neuerdings ein Problem dass mir das Freistellungswerkzeug propotional skaliert. Wie kann ich die propotionale Skalierung ausschalten, sodass ich bspw. es oben runter ziehen kann und mir nicht gleich links und rechts die Seiten mit entfernt werden?
