sky replacement in Ps 24.5

In Ps 24.6 CC  I did a sky replacement. When flattened layers, the image disintegrates completely. What should I do ? Help me, plese !

Does this happen with all the sky replacements that you do? It would be great if we could see what you are referring to.

What type of disintegration do you mean?

Dear Sir, 

After performing the sky replacement function in Ps 24.6, you cannot flatten the layers. In version 24.5, flattening works without a problem.

What I can do ?
