You have to be realistic. In this case, there's more difference from left to right than there is from ground to sky.
Remember, this is an automatic algorithm based only on the actual pixels in the image, it doesn't "know" what you pointed your camera at. There's no magic.
If you corrected the obvious blue-yellow gradient from left to right somewhat, it might work better.

OK, this is wrong. This should work with flying colors. Sorry, I have no idea why this doesn't work.
Just for reference, here are three random images I tried on. I tried many more and not one of them failed, although naturally, some are more successful than others.

I see. But how can i fix it ?, do i have to try re-installing Photoshop ?. The error apears just 2 seconds after i open the tool, i cant even touch the setup and change skies.

Almost anything in Photoshop uses the GPU nowadays, so see what happens if you check "Deactivate Native Canvas" in Preferences.
What this setting does is revert to OpenGL, whereas the entire GPU code now normally runs in DirectX (or Metal on Mac). This transition from OpenGL to DirectX/Metal hasn't been entirely painless.
Also, it never hurts to reset Preferences. That's not about your own settings, but the entire app configuration. A corrupt prefs file can sometimes give the strangest symptoms.
