Sky replacement

When using sky replacement the original layer sky used to never be visible, however from this morning whenever i use sky replacement the original layer sky is slightly visible. Basically if there are clouds in the original layer and if i use a place blue sky in sky replacement, ideally i should only see the blue sky but in can still see the clouds, ive tried everything uninstalling reinstalling but nothing works same thing again and again, please helo

Can you please post a screenshot of the entire window with the layers panel expanded and visible? Also, make sure that the Sky Replacement Group is selected so we can view the opacity and blending settings for that group. Is this occurring with all the new skies you are attempting to replace?
