Slider delay caused by Windows Ink

Hello,

I have very recently upgraded to Win11 23H2+PS 25.4.0 on a new machine with Win Ink enabled as standard and am quite shocked that the delay on slider responsiveness caused by Win Ink is still not resolved after 5+ years. You click, drag, nothing happens for a moment and then the slider jumps. I could get used to switching to mouse for precise slider adjustments, but the distort tool is also affected by this behaviour.

Disabling Win Ink Tap&Hold To Right Click only removed the circle animation, it did not fix the delay.

Using the PSUserConfig.txt to switch to WinTab finally worked (thank god) but causes other issues. The machine was set up 5 days ago with all new drivers for all system components and tools. It is not the problem, it's Windows Ink and/or Photoshops integration with it.

Can someone from Adobe explain why such a seeeminly tiny bug is still not fixed? Is the problem on Microsoft's side? Is it a technically complicated fix or just not a priority?
