Slow down/expand photoshop timeline animation

Ive created an animation in photoshop using a video timeline. Im looking to slow it down, take it from a 12 second animation to a 24 second animation. Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to manually move all the keyframes?

I believe you have to move each Key Frame one at a time  to spread out the animation over time.  If you select all  key frame  and move them. The animation  duration remains the same length  it just begins and ends at a different time in the video.
