Smart Portraits is inactive

Why the options of
1. skin smoothing
2. smart portrait
3. makeup transfer
in the portraits section of Neural Filters are inactive? Please help. Thank you.

Hi @Hon Yean Ng Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
