Software version manager

I'm looking for a software version manager setup to meld into Extendscript to manage jsx/jsxbin files.   Not just place svn in file but keep a history of changes as well.  I would prefer a local install to my PC.  I use GIT for the give away stuff but this is for pay.

Any suggestions for PS CC, x64 Windows 10 PC.

Thanks for your response and an apology for my delayed one.  I have TortoiseSVN for PC and GIT for the open source stuff.
