Some Assets in Adobe CC Library Are Not Available

When accessing my library, I have some images that are "faded" or "grayed out" and unavailable (see image below). I don't recall this being an issue when I initially uploaded the images to the library. Any help would be appreciated.

This a screen shot from Photoshop. However, it is showing this way in other Adobe apps (Indesign and Illustrator).
