Some issues since last update (24.2)

Since the last update Photoshop 2023 (24.2) is really hard to use. It's slower, stutter for everything like copy a text, or move or duplicate a layer. But there are two new issues I'd like to address:

1. Now selecting a different tool makes the tool selection menu appear on my second monitor - to the left of my primary screen;
2. Exporting a file it's so frustrating now. The exporting window is so slow, it appears after like 15 seconds and if I press "Ctrl + Alt + Shift + W" one more time it will duplicate the number of files I want to export (depending on how much artboards I have). E.G.: If I try to press te Export Window shortcut more than once for two artboards, it will appear 4 files to export. If I press 3 times, it will make it triple and so on. Makes sense?

I'll attach 2 images depicting the problems.

You are not the only one encountering significant issues with PS2023.

I decided to roll back to a much older version of Photoshop since there were just way too many issues to even begin troubleshooting

Hi @Beto Campos for your tool pop outs, make sure your application is maximized to the screen. If you have the tool bar/window inset even a little from the left edge, it will allow it to pop open to the left instead of Right.

For the other issues, can you go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details here? It will give us a better idea of a cause.

Hi Kevin. I always use the PS maximized. I've checked that just now. Here go the System Info you asked for. Since my PS is in portuguese (I'm brazilian) I think you have to translate the text. Thanks in advance for the help.

@Morfuud I've found a workaround: desatatach the tools window from the PS. Bring it a little to the right and the tools won't overflow to the left screen anymore.
