Specs for using Photoshop or Lightoroom

Hello, 

I am planning to buy new laptop and will use it for Photo editing.

Can anyone say to me if Photoshop or Lightroom (beginner level) can work with this specificatios:

- AMD Ryzen 3 3200U up to 3.5 GHZ 4 MB Catherine,

- 20 GB RAM

- AMD Vega 3 Graphic card.

I suggest you pick a card from the list. Cards not listed are not tested. This seems more of a gamer's card. Also pay close attention to giving enough disk/SSD space - many configurations are simply too small.
