SRDx Plug-in crashing after a few runs in PS

I have a large number of old scans I'd love to use LaserSoft Imaging's SRDx scratch/dust removal plug-in with.  After half to a dozen runs on individual photos that I'm pulling from LrC to edit in PS with this plug-in, PS crashes.  Ultimately, with the large number of images I need to pass through SRDx, I'd love to create an action in PS to use as an automated batch job on a folder of images,  but my attempts to do that have REALLY crashed PS.  I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue with SRDx/PS or if anyone has ever had any luck invoking SRDx as an automated batch job...
