Stamp Filter is not working properly

Hi, I wanted to create a Realistic Photocopy Effect in Photoshop by using a Stamp and grain filter. I followed a YouTube tutorial but my stamp effect is looking so weird on every image.

So just for testing, I copied the image that was used in the tutorial and applied the same settings in grain and stamp filter in my Photoshop but with the same image and same settings still, my final effect did not look normal.  Can anybody let me know, what the issue is and how to fix that? I have attached the screenshots please have a look. I also mentioned the settings that are used in the tutorial. Thank you.

Settings in Tutorial

Grain: Intensity 33, Contrast 47, Grain Type Regular
Stamp: Balance 13, Smoothness 4

In the future please do not make statements like »the latest version of Photoshop« but give the actual exact version number

Did you have access to the image at its full resolution?

Issue Solved! When I changed the DPI of the image from 72 to 300 with 16x20", the result became smoother and more detailed just as shown in the video.

That’s why I asked about the full resolution image.

If you want more control over the grain and contrast you could use a Hard Mix-Pattern Layer and some Adjustment Layers.
