Is it possible to change the color of a stock photo?  I'm trying to change a stock photo from Adobe from white to shiny silver/chrome.   Yes I have purchased the item.

How do I make these changes? I have followed every Youtube video, either
only the background changes or the photo gets distorted.
Here's the image I'm trying to use.

The photo will be used as a letter in the company name.
