Hello, does anyone know how to create this kind of text in Photoshop? For example the brightness inside the letters and that is that it is like 3d, but it is not really.

I was originally going to say make the text layer, and give it a Stroke Layer Style with Fill Opacity set to zero, but that would not let me get the slight Bevel & Emboss in your example.  So I had to Ctrl click the text layer to load it as a selection and use Edit > Stroke on a new layer.  I could then proceed as I needed to.

Inner and Outer Glow Layer Styles are pretty touchy and subtle changes to thir settings can have a large effect, so go carefully.  I used Outer Glow, and have opacity a wee bit higher than in your example.  I don't particularly like the effect.  Perhaps it would look better if kerning was raised to space the letters so the glow did not overlap.

I went and found the original because it is much easier to assess the effect from that.

I found the fonts (outline and solid) at www.dafontfree.io/download/stranger-things/

Therre is barely any outer glow in the original.  It's more like a feint red shadow behind the whole thing.  My recreate is at the top with no effects at this stage.

I grouped the layers into a single Smart Object.  I think this is closer to the original title graphic.

The opriiginal has a patchy effect with some ares faded and other bright. Ti get that effect I filled a layer with Render > Clouds, and pasted into a layer mask on the Stranger Things Smart Object layer.  That was too much, so I bought the mask density down to 75%.  There are several ways you could do this if you want more control, but this is completely non-destructive.
