STROBOSCOPY LIGHT

I have deleted and reinstalled and give the same error a STROBOSCOPY LIGHT instead of open the image, I also tried different images and all results wer the same, white and black alternated background.

The major problem is that I need to edit photos. Illustrator is ok. The problem is with Photoshop.

I have the same problem, after last update, once i open a photo the screen start flashing. Also attempted to reload the previous release didnt work

Try this: Preferences > Technology Previews > "Deactivate Native Canvas"
