subscription for Photoshop

I live in Egypt, and with the exchange rate being quite high, the monthly subscription for Photoshop is a bit too expensive for me. I was wondering if there's any way to get a discounted rate or if there are any alternative plans available that might be more affordable?

You might consider getting Photoshop Elements, a kind of Photoshop light, for a one-off payment of around $90.

Did you look at the Photography plan, which gives Photoshop and Lightroom for less than the monthly cost of Photoshop alone?
