Symbol & Adjustment Layer

You can notice symbol difference before the adjustment layer in my file & tutorial.  Is it mere version differences or has any other meaning? I use latest version.

Hi @MahaB82A that is just due to the updated UI - it means the same thing - an adjustment layer. Each adjustment layer has their own symbol. Black and White are square now in newer versions of PS.
