Hello
I've looked at the resources.
On my Window PC, Photoshop does not have the butterfly icon.
In addition, I went to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews but there are no options to enable the Symmetry feature.
I have the Photoshop 24.6 version.
Please advise?

You have the Mixer Brush selected. Symmetry is only available for the regular Brush and Pencil tools.
