Sync falls flat/not working in Lightroom 12.5

I am trying to snyc several images while editing in lightroom classic 12.5, and they dont look anything like the original image (they fall flat). This is making my editing time extremely inefficient becuase I now have to edit each photo individually....HELP!

Where don't they look anything alike? What Apps are you viewing in?

I do note that the two screen-clip images you provided are not the same image.
