I just bought the photoshop and lightroom package for my new macbook pro 16 "m1 pro for work but as soon as I downloaded both photoshop and lightroom I noticed that on lightroom goes the cloud on photoshop no. I am attaching photos of the problem, please help me 🥲

Looks like you subscription just started. Try restarting the computer, and sign out and back in to clear the problem.
