Hi @Julio Mercurio, I also received this notice after first installing and opening Photoshop 24.1.1 Release on Windows 10. I closed, relaunched, and the presets error message returned for the second time. I looked under Preferences > General tab and the Preset Syncing box was unchecked. I checked it and unchecked again, closed and restarted Photoshop. So far, with a dozen launches, the message hasn't returned. Let us know if that makes a difference for you.
