Technical errors in photoshop

I'm having this weird, reoccuring issue where the entire background of my workspace just randomly shifts to the homescreen. I don't know how to fix this. I reset the program many times and it still happens frequently.

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
