Text FX Freezes Photo Shop Program

Hello, is anyone else experiencing difficulties with PhotoShop freezing when attempting to use text fx's? 

I have tried several times and have had to end the Photoshop task in my task manager to close the program.

@Phillip37561767kteo no issues on my end with Photoshop 25.9, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset
