Text in one layer into many layers

You can see text in one layer, I want to make this into many layers text. I know the mannul method that means making many copy of the layers & deleting unwanted text in a layer but I wish to know, is there any tools to do this easily?

I'm not sure what you are asking, because your examples are not the same layout. Do you want to put every word on its own layer? What about punctuation? How do you decide location of each layer? What about text styling?

You could likely write a script to help automate this but you'd need to know exactly what you were after.

In the above eample three texts are in one layer. Is any tool to make these three texts into three independent layers. Only about this particular text. There is no matter about other things at moment.

I had one layer for this text layer, later I had a problem adjusting text size and location, therefore I made text into two independent layer to solve the problem.
