text into 3D it disappears

When I make my text into 3D it disappears. I have read to check "deactive native canvas" in preferences and restart photoshop-but when I do that it no longer gives me the option to even make it 3D?

Hi, I use Photoshop 2020 for 3D, and works OK, if you are using 2021, consider to install 2020 from the creative cloud app
