The latest Photoshop Upgrade will not work in my Windows 10 Desktop

The latest Photoshop upgrade Mach 23 2023 will not work in myWindows 10 desktop, is that correct?

It works fine in my Windows 11 Laptop.

The problem is the app opens, it uploads a file, however the workspace flickers not allowing the file to be viewed.

I have unistalled and reinstalled the app several times however, the problem remains meaning Photoshop is now unusable.

I have never had a problem with phoroshop before.

@rb4119400 for the Windows 10 PC you need to enable this option in preferences and restart Photoshop
