Hello, I have been installing Photoshop 24.5 and Photoshop (Beta) 24.7
The device that I use is Ryzen 5 5600H and RTX 3050 Graphic Card with 16 GB RAM.

I have problems when I try to save my data, my Photoshop gets stuck and then freezes. This is so bothering my work. I just design a rectangle but the problems keep coming over and over again.

Please give the solution for that problem.

Thank you for your help.

Potential problem that I can spot without further questions is in amount of RAM. 16GB of RAM is not sufficient many times, esspecially when running multiple apps simultaneously.

In a first step you should try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

How much free disk space do you have on your scratch drive?

Is your system up-to-date, especially your graphic device driver.

Maybe you can post your Photoshop system info. In Photoshop goto Help > System Info and hit the copy button. Then paste the entire informations into this thread.

@Bojan Živković I think the 16 GB is the size of the grahic card memory and not of the RAM on the mainboard.

No, 3050 does not have 16GB of RAM.

@Bojan Živković

It seems you're right. But then the statement "...RTX 3050 Graphic Card with 16 GB RAM"... is misleading
