Since yesterday, my Photoshop won't open.
I already tried uninstall and install (other versions / before versions) sometimes and nothing solves.

Are you also having problems with this?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere: 

Restore your preferences using this manual method:  

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually  

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

It work correctly, but...

I close the PS and when I open again after, few a seconds, it closes again.

I verified and the problem is this folder (printscreen attachment).

Now, everytime, I need delete this folder when I will open the Photoshop. =/

Hi @erikones you don't have enough allocated space. PS is crashing/quitting because you are running out of scratch disk/HD space. I would clear out space and have at least 200 GB free.

Again, it's because you do not have enough HD space. Try clearing out some space and see if it stays open longer.

When I delete this folder "Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings" (AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings), it workes correctly.

@CoryShubert I found the problem.
It is this file "Adobe Photoshop 2023 Prefs.PSP" (AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings).

I was deleting file for file and trying opens the Photoshop.
When I delete the file, work correctly.

I've been having this same issue for the last few weeks and although deleting that file worked to get Photoshop started, I would have to delete that file EVERY SINGLE TIME I wanted to open Photoshop. For now the only fix that has actually worked for me is uninstalling Photoshop and reverting back to version 23. This version does not seem to contain the same bug and has been working perfectly again so far.
