The tool to remove generative AI in Photoshop gives an error.

In Adobe Photoshop, the removal tool using generative artificial intelligence gives an error.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? When will this issue go away? I checked the Adobe Creative Cloud app, but there's no update. That green bar never fills. I wait, I wait, I wait for about 2-3 minutes and then it gives an error.
