Remove it from the Dock, go to the Applications folder, find the Photoshop version folder that you wish to use, and drag the Photoshop.app to the Dock. Or just run the Photoshop.app and then cmd/right-click it in the Dock and select options/keep in Dock.

Stephen is right. All icons in the Dock are just shortcuts to the actual applications and files, so if there is a question mark, that just means the shortcut can’t find the original.

This can sometimes happen for perfectly normal reasons. For example, if last week you were using Adobe Photoshop 2021, and you upgraded to Adobe Photoshop 2022, but the icon in the Dock was a shortcut to "Adobe Photoshop 2021", then the icon will have a question mark because Adobe Photoshop 2021 was replaced by th

That’s why the solution is to go into the Applications folder to find the actual Photoshop version you are currently using, and drag its icon to the Dock. Now the Dock shortcut will lead to your current Photoshop version.

It’s good to understand how this works, because it’s a Mac thing, not strictly an Adobe thing. Any Mac application that is uninstalled or replaced with a different name will end up with a question mark on its Dock shortcut icon. On PCs running Windows, the Taskbar works the same way.
