hello , i just want to ask, there is competition in adobe for designing "photoshop or illustrator.."?, and how can i take a accredited certification from adobe? there is a training course or something? please help me

No competition that I know of.  Use the right tools for the job.  Start your learning with the Classroom in a Book series from Amazon.com -- available in paperback or Kindle e-book.

 

Photoshop is a raster image editor.  Great for pixel-based, resolution dependant photos & images.

 

Illustrator is a vector graphics editor. Great for math-based, resolution independant images that can be scaled up or down to any size that's needed without quality loss. That's something you can't do with raster images.
