When you say “plug-ins, ” if you mean the Photoshop plug-in modules that have been around since the 1990s, the answer is simple: Plug-ins installed with Photoshop should be included and no extra cost, while plug-ins not installed with Photoshop may come from other companies, and those companies determine whether their plug-in is a one-time payment, subscription, or free.

It sounds like you have a full subscription. Adobe apps that come with the subscription include Bridge, and Media Encoder.  You also get a fair bit of cloud storage and access to the full range of Adobe fonts.

You'll have unlimited standard Creative Credits, and 4100 Premium Credits.

You can use Behance to showcase your work, and I think there is some sort of web page creation in the deal.

Check out the presets menus by clicking on the hamberger pop-out menus, and looking for things like 'Get more' or 'Legacy'...  This will give you a wholew lot of brush presets (there 700 brush presets in the Kyle Megapack alone!) but also check Patterns Shapes, and Styles.

Regards free plugins, there are a zillion on Adobe Exchange

Google will tell what else is available, but be aware this is a crazy time regards Ai enhanced tools, and that Adobe apps are catching up with third party apps in terms of functions and performance.

We can give you an idea of what plugins some of us use if you like?

But reading your entire title, it sounds like you’re really asking about the new third-party generative AI models? I’m only asking because it sounds that way but “generative AI” wasn’t mentioned.

If third-party generative AI models are what you’re wondering about, see if the web page linked below helps. It talks about many third-party generative AI models, which Adobe applications use them, their costs in generative credits, and a lot of Q&A at the end.
