This box shows up every time I open my laptop.

Hi all,

Every time I open my laptop this box shows up. There's no lapse in my internet but even when I was working completely offline this box never showed up. Not sure why it keeps happening but hopefully someone else has experienced this and has a remedy.

Everytime you open your laptop? Not whe opening Adobe Software?? I would start by updating / reinstalling Creative Cloud.
