Too many licence

Hi, i just got a new Photoshop licence on my computer but i can't open it cause it says me " Sorry, we cannot obtain a license. You may have reached the maximum number of licenses. Please contact your system administrator." But i don't have any other account... What am I supposed to do ??? help me please

Once the subscription is confirmed, the first thing you do is to download the CC desktop app. This is where you install the applications.

What happens when you open the CC desktop app and sign in there, with the username and password you used when signing up?

I already had the applications on my desktop cause i used to have it with my school. So i already had the CC and i am already connected with my account. That is only when i try to open Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator. I tried to delete Photoshop and reinstall it but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do..

What version of Photoshop?

It that the very first time every you tried to install that version of Photoshop on your computer?

If it is, you probably got a used version that someone else had installed and registered at some time in the past. Adobe limits the numeber of installs and registration of their older versions of applications. Current versions purchased and installed through Adobe Creative Cloud have similar restrictions on usage, but that is controlled by Adobe through online verifications and permissions.

I made last vesion update the to maybe fix the bug so it is the 2024 version. I already had photoshop on my computer for like 5 years. I deleted the app but it didn't change anything..
