Tool Bar & Pallet missing in Photoshop, it's 2nd time in one & half month.

Day Greetings,

Just now started my desktop and photoshop, again my tool bar & pallet were missing, last time i called Adobe, but they were not able to find why this error occured, some how they got back tools and pallets,but why again this happened?

Requesting Community to get the solution forever. PLEASE HELP.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
