Which Tools are affected?

Have you ruled out hardware issues yet?

Meaning in this case: Have you tried using another pen and another tablet? Could one of the pen's buttons be faulty/stuck for example?

Please provide a more meaningful description of the issue; which tools are affected, under which exact circumstances does it happen, have you ruled out hardware issues yet, …?

yes. i ruled all out.

which tools are affected: all tools. photoshop jumps back to the pipette in some cases, but often when i use stamp tool. so i use stamp tool 2h a day and i got used to it, must live with it.

i am sorry, i cant provide a more meaningful description, as its too random.

it happens in 2 different locations with 2 different wacom tablets and different photoshop versions and 2 different macs.
