tools in PS for iPad don't work

Dec 26, 2025 Dec 26, 2025

I pay monthly for PS for Ipad. Neither my clone tool nor my magic wand selector work. Both take me to an offer to buy  the ap I am already paying for. I even tried saying yes to the offer and got a nessage that I already have the ap, which i knew , but tied it anyway. My Ipad works fine, Frescoo works.  The brushes work. Any ideas?

As it turned out, it was an issue of how I signed back up for the app after the credit card which I used for payment got compromised and needed to be replaced. I got a message from apple saying my payment failed, so I updated with new card and it registered in both apple and adobe that I owned the plan and was up to date. @jonabark

Have you tried resetting the App defaults?

Cog (upper right) > App Settings > General > Advanced > Reset App Defaults > Quit and Relaunch

The 2nd tech person at Adobe zoomed in on the probable cause and figured it out, had me sign in properly and it now works. I was trying to suggest it was something like that and yet had no clue exactly what, but this guy listened and no time was wasted.

Thanks for the suggestion.
