If I recall correctly, some plugins are not migrated automatically.

If you have the full installers, give that a try.

If it does not work contact Topaz Support.

Reading through the articles on their website, it looks like you should run Photoshop through Rosetta (in case you own a M1 Mac) to make the plug-ins appear:

 

Have you tried that?

 

You could also try re-installing or manually installing them and see if that fixes the issue. If not, it's probably better to contact Topaz support directly.

I'm having the same problem, and it's not about Rosetta because I'm running a Mac with an Intel chip. If it's lack of compatability as a plug-in, that's going to make Topaz even less useful. The fact that the Smart Object functionality didn't really work with Topaz was already a problem.
