Transfer Setting in Photoshop

Hi there, 

I have an employee who was using their personal photoshop login, unbeknowst to me up until recently, instead of their company assigned login because they have settings saved in their personal Photoshop account. They've been using the account for a long time and they have everything personalized in the settings to how they like it. 

My question is, is there a way to transfer the settings set up from their personal login to their new company login? They are hesitant to switch over because they are used to their current settings set up and the new login isn't set up the same way in the settings. 

Any help is appreciated!
