Transform, resize, and artboard issues with new update

I'm getting a lot of visual glitches when attempting to transform layers, resize images, or work with artboards (exporting and editing in general). These bugs are constant and impossible to work around. This seems to have started with the 23.3 Photoshop update and has occured across multiple Windows computers. My workspace disappears and the recent file home screen is instead visible or a white screen sometimes. Menu options disappear. This makes it impossible to continue working on the open file and Photoshop must be restarted. Screenshot of one instance of this bug is attached.

Hi

Try disabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Please try the following:

  1. Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
  2.  Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
