I updated Photoshop and Illustrator to the latest available versions (as of 8/24/22). Holding shift while resizing an object no longer keeps proportion. I've restarted my computer, installed the recent versions, and ensured that my preferences were set to legacy, and still no help. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks, but I may have found the real issue. I use a Wacom tablet. I discovered if I was using my tablet, Control, Shift, Comand, and Alt didn't work. Once I used a regular mouse, everything worked. Now, I need to figure THIS out.

Ok, since Photoshop and MacOS is not the issue, we'll note your Wacom. There might be some topics in this forum that include Wacom tablet troubleshooting and it might help to do a search.
