Man, I dont know what is going on with Adobe right now, but theres lots of issues on multiple apps.

Did they remove the bounding box when using the transform function? I have to rely on the cursor changing in order for me to see if im clicking on a corner or side. I already tried shutting it down and opening it fresh. And I JUST updated the ap yesterday.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that, could you please try enabling "Legacy compositing" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

If that doesn't help, could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps with the issue?

Preferences Reset Photoshop - https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Sahil
