Transformação livre com tela preta

Olá a todos. estou adicionando um overlay e nao a dando pra redimensionar. se eu o abro em outra aba e redimensiono  a parte que sobra fica preta. alguem sabe resolver?

Hello everyone. I'm adding an overlay and not giving it to resize. If I open it in another tab and resize it , the part that's left becomes black. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Can you explain in more detail.  The more the better, and especially because of the language difference.

Can you show us a screen shot of your entire Photoshop workspace showing the document window and layers panel? Make it full resolution (Don't downsize it).
