Transfrom's disablement problem

When you create a selection with the marquee tool, Properties > Transform is disabled. It was enabled in the previous version, but now it is not, so it is inconvenient. Hope it will be active as before!

To help solve the issue in Photoshop, select Help > System Info.

  1. In the System Info dialog, click Copy.
  2. Attach or copy the info here to this thread.

 

As a workaround, try the following:

  1. Go to Preferences > Technology Previews and enable Deactivate Native Canvas. 
  2. Restart Photoshop.

Thanks for answering my previous question. I tried as instructed, but the first time or two when the marquee was created, the input window of Transform was activated, but if I select another layer a few times and try again, it becomes inactive.

Is there anything on the layer you have selected for the screen shot where Transform is disabled? So far, that's the only way I can get it to be disabled. It would help to see the entire interface (layers, canvas, etc) to know the context. A screen recording would be even more helpful.

 

Is the Zeplin panel visible when this happens?

Thank you for your interest in my problem.
Let me explain my problem again.
This problem is not a bug problem, it may be a problem that has changed with the new version,
It is inconvenient because the existing method of use is blocked.


01. Create a rectangle shape (400X400px) with the Rectangle tool.

02. Create a shape marquee by pressing Ctrl+click on the created shape layer.

03. Reduce the horizontal size of the shape in Properties (200x400px) **

04. Align to the right of the created marquee (400x400px) > Right Edges

 

** When performing the above operation, in the 2020 version of Photoshop, the width and height fields of Properties are displayed.
It was activated and it was possible to work immediately, but after the 2021 version, when the marquee tool is selected,
Since it is disabled, you cannot work immediately. (You have to select the shape tool again.)
