Hello Adobe Community,

I have a pbm where it says that trial expired in adobe photoshop and adobe premiere pro.It says 'Buy Now'.When I click buy now nothing happens. Although the apps are working perfectly, but it is really annoying asking for purchasing while it is already purchased...

Any help is much appreactied.

Mohammed.

It sounds like you will need to contact Adobe directly. We are volunteer users here, not Adobe employees so cannot look at account issues.

yes, I have same problem as you too. The photoshop and premiere pro had expired even though I got it free for teachers in the Philippines who undergone training in Adobe. Please consider our problem adobe. I'm very thankful that you gave this to us as free but why is this happens now?
