My MacBook Pro, OS 12.4, crashed. When I rebooted, Photoshop didn't work, so I downloaded from Creative Cloud. It downloaded the free 7-day plan/version. Note that I am paid up for the plan (next payment is July 8), and Lightroom works fine.
My question is: How to I get back to accessing my fully-paid Photoshop?

What account is logged in for your Creative Cloud desktop app?
