Trouble downloading photoshop and creative cloud on Mac

hello. just purchased adobe in order to use photoshop and other apps. however i have trouble downloading photoshop. it asks me to enter a password for creative cloud. i tried all passwords i used but it didtn work. not sure how to add in general the cloud as well. it is not visible there ... sorry, i am not so experienced with all of it.

It's either asking for your Adobe account password or the password you use to log-in to your Mac.

If you can post a screenshot, blank out any names and/or account numbers.
